She was a Certified Event Planner/Wedding Consultant and on the committee for event planning at FedEx.
Sylvania holds two patents & various copyrights & trademarks.

Blueprint for Success is the brainchild of professional basketball skill development trainer Seneca Blue. Through his work in skill development, running college exposure events and assisting thousands of student-athletes in the recruiting process, Seneca identified that there was a tremendous need for a comprehensive student-athlete development program. Seneca felt that a holistic approach was needed in the development of student-athletes and envisioned providing them FREE curriculum, resources and tools so that they could take ownership in their own development as well. Too much emphasis was being put on exposure and not nearly enough on preparation, so Seneca began by supplementing his camps/showcases with Blueprint for Success workshops. Seneca’s college exposure showcases have attracted thousands of top high school boys and girls players from 9 different states and Canada as well as hundreds of college coaches from all over the country.
